The recommended song for August is Shine a Light by Banners. Banners is an alternative rock band from Liverpool, England and they started making music in 2015. They launched “Shine a Light” the same year in an album that received the band’s name. The album has five tracks but “Shine a Light” was the only one which got to be known worldwide; not only for its deep sentimental lyric and powerful musical composition but for the distinction it had in the motion picture and videogame industries. This great song was part of various soundtracks; the most relevant ones are The Space Between Us, a 2017 film that tells the story of the first human born on Mars who travels to Earth for the first time. The song was also part of the FIFA 16 soundtrack, the videogame developed by EA Canada.
