Usted puede ayudar a reducir la ansiedad por los exámenes, si alienta a su hijo a hacer lo siguiente:

Están cerca del as pruebas finales de periodo, es posible que esto genere ansiedad a sus hijos, incluso a usted como padre de familia. Tenga en cuenta estas recomendaciones:

  • Planear con tiempo. Comenzar a estudiar para el examen mucho antes para evitar "quemarse las cejas" la noche antes del examen.

  • Dormir lo suficiente la noche antes del examen.

  • El día del examen, leer todas las direcciones con cuidado antes de comenzar.

  • Echarle un vistazo al examen primero para determinar qué clase de preguntas contiene. Esta táctica le ayudará a determinar cuánto tiempo hay que dedicar a cada parte del examen.

You can help reduce test anxiety by encouraging your child to:

They are close to the final period tests, it is possible that this generates anxiety for your children, even you as a parent. Keep these recommendations in mind:

• Plan ahead. Begin studying for the exam much earlier to avoid "burning your eyebrows" the night before the exam.

• Get enough sleep the night before the test.

• On the day of the exam, read all directions carefully before beginning.

• Take a look at the exam first to determine what kinds of questions it contains. This tactic will help you determine how much time to spend on each part of the exam.

• Skip the tough questions and move on. If there is time left at the end of the exam, try them again.
