Happy vacation, Merry Christmas and happy new year

The Proyecto PING team wishes you a happy vacation, Merry Christmas, and a happy new year.

We hope you rest a lot and have fun these upcoming weeks. But, please, don't forget to keep in touch with the English language: watch series and movies in English with subtitles in English, listen to music in English, and read articles, books, tales, etc. in English. Extract one new word per day and try to learn it by heart. All these activities will help you to keep your English alive.

Remember not to see English as another subject but as an essential tool for your current and future lives.

To learn a language is to have one more window from which to look at the world.

Proyecto PING was created in 2017 by the teachers of IE. Antonio José de Sucre in Itagüí, Colombia, with the firm objective of helping the students to strengthen their communication skills in the English language through cultural, academic, and fun activities.

So far, we have carried out different activities like English 5, Spelling Bee Contest, Singing Contest, English Walls, Sucre's English Week, among others.

In 2020, facing that new reality the world started to live, the Proyecto PING team committed to creating and updating this site, in order to provide the Sucre community with different kinds of material and information in English. Since that year, we have kept alive this website, so our students can take advantage of updated and new material in English.

We really hope you like it and feel free to suggest what you and your family would like to see here.
